There is no escape from death, how can one escape from death?
Mafr is a story about familiarity, the story is about escape, and the end is death, but death is not the end, then what is the end? From whom is the escape? From oneself? From one’s own origin? It is quite possible that the characters drowned in darkness are not who you think and that those who seem innocent are actually dark, dark as the deep night, black as a blind well, then what kind of familiarity is there? Then who is a friend and what is an enemy?
