Official Guide for Writers

Safar-e-Adab Specials is a selected Web Special category under Safar-e-Adab Publications, created for writers whose work meets our editorial standards and is chosen by our official team.

Please read all rules carefully before submitting.

1. Selection Process

• Publication under SA Specials requires selection.
• All submissions will be reviewed by our official team.
• Only selected works will be published.

2. Content Guidelines

• Any genre is accepted.
• ❌ Vulgar, bold, or smut content is strictly prohibited.
• ❌ Plagiarism is not allowed.
• ❌ Content must not be against our country India.
• Languages accepted: Hindi, English, Urdu, Roman Hindi or Urdu

3. Submission Rules

• Ongoing novels are allowed.
• Writers must submit 3–5 episodes at once.
• Each episode must be minimum 4500 words.
• Cover image submission is optional:
  • You may submit your own cover.
  • Otherwise, our team will design one.

❌ Not Accepted:

• PDFs
• Links to external websites or social media
• Submissions through WhatsApp, Instagram, or DMs
  ✔ Submissions are accepted via form only.

4. Publishing & Rights

• All selected works will be published as Web Special Content.
• Writers are bound for one year before they can publish or share the work online with another publisher.
• Hardcopy publishing is allowed.
• No content will be removed after publishing in any case.
• Novel PDFs designed by Safar-e-Adab are copyrighted by Safar-e-Adab Publications.
• The manuscript copyright remains with the author.
• You cannot use our themed PDF on other platforms (websites, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

5. Commitment Policy

• Writers must not abandon ongoing novels after selection.
• Abandonment may lead to an author ban.
• Consistency and commitment are mandatory.

6. Royalties & Recognition

• No royalties are provided under this category.
• “Novel of The Year” will be held at the end of each year for which winner will get a cash prize.
• Selected authors may be included in interviews conducted by Safar-e-Adab Publications.

7. Marketing & Promotion

Selected works will be marketed on:

• Our Main Instagram Account – Safar-e-Adab
• Our Web Special Instagram Account – Sabz Khwab

8. Discord & Communication

• Joining our public Discord server is important.
• It is our preferred communication platform.
• Writers can track their submissions through the official sheet available there.

9. Important Restrictions

• You cannot apply for SPC (Self Publishing Community) for the same work submitted under SA Specials.
• If you are an Instagram Subscriber, please read the separate guide for Instagram Subscribers before submitting.
• Safar-e-Adab Publications reserves the right to change rules, strategies, or plans at any time without prior notice.
