2. Once it opens, click Download (usually a downward arrow icon).
3. Save it somewhere you can find easily—like your Desktop or Downloads folder.

Step 2: Edit and Sign the PDF (No Fancy Software Needed!)

You don’t need any special apps or skills. Here are three easy ways to edit and sign the PDF:

Option 1: Use Your Mobile (iPhone or Android)

On Android:

1. Open the PDF using Google Drive or any PDF viewer.
2. Tap the pen/edit icon.
3. Write your name where it says “Signature” using your finger/stylus.
4. Save the file.

On iPhone:

1. Open the PDF in Files or Mail.
2. Tap the pen icon (Markup).
3. Sign with your finger.
4. Tap Done and then Save.
